COVID-19 Protocols On Campus

MASK AND PROOF OF VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

Masks are required to be worn by all persons while on campus and inside of any building until June 1, 2022.

Napa Valley College requires all students attending in-person classes on campus to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to arriving on campus for the first day of class.  Students attending a law enforcement training course offered by the Administration of Justice Department can do this online using the QR code below: or via this website: https://www.c4wrk.com/Wxxc7dLt7cNLgLz97 .

HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXEMPTION FOR VACCINATION?

If you believe you need an exemption from this Vaccination Requirement due to a medical reason or because of a sincerely held religious belief, you must request an accommodation by submitting an Exemption Request.  Use the QR Code or link above to access the Cleared4 system.  Enter the information requested and then select the link to request an exemption.  You will be directed to a Docu-Sign form that will enable you to submit your request online.  The request will go to the Office of Student Services for consideration.

Be sure to enter an email that you check regularly so you can receive the response to your request.

WHAT IF I DO NOT COMPLY WITH THESE PROOF OF VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS?

Before each class begins, we will check the status of all registered students in the Cleared4 system.  Students who do not have proof of vaccination on file or an approved exemption will not be permitted to attend the class and all course fees will be forfeited.
